About Three VERY special kittens - Bart, Lisa, and Maggi

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • Ear Type: Natural/Uncropped
?3 Special Kittens Needing Special People---Bart, Maggie, and Lisa [right to left]. Bart, Maggie, and Lisa are three storm kittens who survived the tornadoes only to be left very, very sick. After two months of treatments and many scary days and nights, they are now the most lovable, fun, full of personality kittens EVER! In spite of everything they have been through, they enjoy life, are funny, and are very affectionate. Much of their wondrous temperament comes from the loving care of their foster families. Maggie [middle] has tested positive for FeLV. Bart and Lisa tested negative and been vaccinated against FeLV. However, as Maggie's litter mates, they have been exposed to the virus. So what does that mean? Well, with managed care, there is no reason all three kittens cannot live long, healthy, lives. All three will need to be indoor cats only and will either need to be only cats in a household, or live with other indoor cats that are vaccinated against FeLV. Bart, Maggie, and Lisa are not special kittens because they have been exposed to FeLV, rather, they are special kittens because they will need loving families who are special. Families who understand that FeLV is not something to be afraid of, just something that needs to be managed. Please contact mani@alspca.org for more information about these three PURR-FECT kittens.

Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
