Help improve Alabama animal welfare laws

Alabama certainly isn't on the top of people's list when they think about states with progressive animal welfare laws.  However, although it may surprise some people, Alabama is one of only 19 states that have banned gas chambers as an inhumane form of euthanasia in shelters.
